2) There is no facility for holding the product. Considering the availability, you can place order and we will dispatch those items.
3) If your ordered product is damaged, we will hold your product until you choose something else. We will provide you the other options. If you don’t have another choice from those options, we will refund you the amount.
4)If the parcel is undelivered, it will return back to us. In that case, you have to pay the shipping charge once more for a new attempt. It usually happens if there is something wrong in the provided address details / if someone doesn’t pickup the call / some other issues.
